Home driveways in the old canal town

The Groveport Log House, built in 1815, was moved near Groveport Cemetery in 1974, one of the reminders of how long people have lived here. Homes on the older streets often have narrow driveways and detached garages. Many have been patched over and over. We look at whether the base is still sound, and if it is not, we remove the old asphalt, rebuild the stone base and repave. If it is, resurfacing or crack filling and sealcoating can be enough.
